Send PM using a script

Hey,

 

I want to use a php script to send a PM (define sender, receiver etc. myself)

I've found this:

But my problem is I dont know how to include the ipsregistry so the $this function is not availabe.

 

To clarify that the file will be in the root folder of my forum e.g. /home...../forum/message.php

 

Can someone tell me how I could use this please!
