how do i install the forms

[Forms Installation]

Is there anyone who can give me a rough idea of how to install the forms mod.

 

Purchased it but the instructions are generic for another tool which is nothing to do with the forms. So it gives no clue of where to start.

Hi There

 

Downloaded this and i use ip suite 4, is this compatible ? there is no such thing as hook manager etc . The only options i get is  plugins, applications or community enhancements.

 

I could FTP the files but im not sure exactly what section to put the files in. I also cannot find a block folder in ftp files.

 

Any help appreciated
