Only if they can buy a subscription with account credit. Members request a points redeem for Commerce account credit and then buy stuff in the Commerce app with account credit. Member gets a set amount of points for new replies they post. If member replies to a post, the member who started that topic will get a set amount of points. It's currently not possible but I've saved this and will take a look next feature update.
