I'd suggest a required "Checkbox" field then with the the "I confirm" statement in the title. if you haven't already purchased, let me know and I can setup a quick demo with an example of what I mean. I would like to get going this week if at all possible Sent you a PM with demo board. Unfortunately it does appear that IPB4 itself disables the "required" option for checkbox custom fields.
