Forms - Required check box

Recommended Posts

Hello Michael,

I need to create a form with a checkbox at the bottom that the user is required to tick before he can submit the form.  This will be a "I confirm that blah blah blan and agree to blah blah blah".   Can this be done with the Forms app ?

I'd suggest a required "Checkbox" field then with the the "I confirm" statement in the title. if you haven't already purchased, let me know and I can setup a quick demo with an example of what I mean.

If you don't mind I would appreciate that.  There is a few things I need to  try to see if it can do the job for us.

Sent you a PM with demo board. Unfortunately it does appear that IPB4 itself disables the "required" option for checkbox custom fields. But I've left the demo up with acp access in case there was another custom field combination you wanted to try out.

There is an easy workaround for the "required" option on checkboxes.  I used a checkbox set instead.   That will do what I need................done deal.

Thanks for the tip.
