Hello, i want to convert my vbulletin style to IPB 4. latest version and also i want to get hook to force all members to read the post after they registered in forum before they can view anything in forum like this hook here for vb version http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=172155&page=9 How much it will cost me and how much time do it need to be completed ?
