Are you saying, Do you want the menu to be at your home web pages? I don't know in custom, but it can be shown if you use any web page creating sites (As I mean like the 'Weebly'). You could manually add your menu buttons - which that helps you to link pages. I hope you can understand my words, I really have a bad English skills.
