I can't view that video in Firefox 56 on Windows 10. What kind of video format is it and can you transcode it? It might be worth it to use a different html5 video format that is supported across more browsers.

Is it .mp4, .mov, .avi etc...?

I've made some improvements to video uploads in the next version that should help here. Including flash fall back and responsive support for the video in mobile.
