    Issues with reply topic form settings.

    Manual Patch

    Open applications/form/sources/Form/Form.php

    Find: 

            if( isset( $values['topic_reply_topic'] ) AND $values['topic_reply_topic'] instanceof \IPS\forums\Topic )
        {
            $item = array_pop( $values['topic_reply_topic'] );
            $values['topic_reply_topic'] = $item->tid;
        }

    Replace With: 

            if( isset( $values['topic_reply_topic'] ) AND $values['topic_reply_topic'] )
        {
            $item = array_pop( $values['topic_reply_topic'] );
            $values['topic_reply_topic'] = $item->tid;
        }
        else
        {
            $values['topic_reply_topic'] = NULL;
        }

    Save.
