Fixed IP.Board Version: IP.Board 4.4.x

Category node has endless load with second level subcategories.

Open applications/collections/sources/Item/Item.php

Find:
```
\IPS\Http\Url::internal( 'app=collections&module=collections&controller=submit', 'front', 'collections_add' )
```
Replace With:
```
\IPS\Request::i()->url()
```
Save.
