Allows you to send out emails or pms to individuals or whole user groups as well as create a topic when ever someone sends you a message, these alert options are managed as per subject (each subject can be setup differently), for example you can create a "feedback and suggestions" subject and set it to create a topic in the staff forum and send all the members in the group "moderators" a pm alert.
