Header issue when adding timeslip that requires image error

You get this error when you add a timeslip that had a require proof error.

Manual Fix:
Open admin/applications_addon/other/times/modules_public/view/view.php

Find and Remove

echo "test";

Issue fixed in: 1.4.0

Only a few people should be affected with this, will immediately add it to this version as no other known bugs exists.
