Donation not showing up, goals showing donations out of date range, etc.

Morning guys. Love the plugin but I've just recently started having some issues with it. Running 3.2.x board.
First Issue
Every month I clear donations for our 3 current goals. After I cleared, under 2 goals, it's showing donations, even tho the donations aren't within the time frame of the goal. 1 goal showed no donations tho and seemed to be fine.
Example: Donation Goal is Feb 1st - Feb 29th, donation that is showing up is for January 03, 2012. Screenshot: http://bdrbt.com/0v3M341S1h1K0T1p1X2Z
Same thing is happening for another goal. Known issue? Should I try making brand new goals each month?
Second Issue
This morning we got donations of $100 and $50 dollars. The money is in the paypal account, but not showing up in Donation Tracker logs, or on the public donation page. (It was working fine 1 day ago, nothing has changed.) Does this have anything to do with: http://www.devfuse.c...st-not-updated/

1. Were the goal run times changed at all after the donation was made? The goal start/end dates will control whether or not the goal is showed but will not restriction donations already made in that goal from showing. If your not already, the donation reset function available at the top of the Manage Donations page might be what your after. You'll be able to show donations only made after a certain date.
2. Sometimes the Paypal ipn can be delayed in sending the Donation Tracker results, if it's still a problem let me know. Just to confirm your indeed using Donation Tracker v3.0.2? This fixes some reported communication problems with Paypal.
If this was a purchase from the IPS Marketplace, let me know and I'll set you up a full customer account. You'll be able to access the support centre then and generally get priority/faster support.

1. Yes. When I used it for 3.1.4, every month I would clear reset donations, and then change the date of the goal for the next month. I tried to do the same thing with 3.2 (first month using it) and it started acting funny.
2. We are on donation tracker 3.0.2. They were not echecks. It might have just been a hiccup. It was two in a row, and then it worked for the next 5 donations. Odd.

1. I've set you up a customer account, if you could open a ticket with board access I'd like to take a look at the settings/setup you have.
2. Most likely, either way working on a troubleshooting guide that will include some tips to getting the Paypal end setup right.
