Hook errors after installation

After installation of Donation Tracker 3.0.1 to IPB 3.2.3 - it is first time installation on our forum. Problem is that we see errors like is bellow for all Donation Tracker's hooks.

Fatal error: Call to a member function topicLink() on a non-object in /xxx/www/forum/hooks/donateTopicLinkTemplate_c3c179f95f7fecff3784bdfb7e122396.php on line 35
