Rebuild content fails

Rebuild and Recount manager -> Rebuild Content -> News -> Throws a DB Driver error.
When I click refresh, it just goes back to the Rebuild and Recount manager and has done nothing.

Confirmed not tested.
SQL error logs this when I try to rebuild:
