What I would like to be able to do is setup messages and have them displayed with a bit more control.
By that I mean for the R-Rated areas I have a message warning about offensive material. Now that message I would like to be able to have displayed in the following;

- Forum (can do this by deselected all forums but the one to show it on bit confusing)
- Videos
- Downloads
- whatever
