install error in ipb 3.0.1

Hi Michael,
I installed the video system and Global announcements they seem to be working Great! (restored all posts etc)
However when I tried installing Calendar topics I get the following errors:

I made the edits twice on calendar.php (made backup of original ) because I thought I did the edits wrong.
Im pretty sure I got the edits right.
