I needed to update a tutorial to cover 3.1.3, this one specifically > http://www.devfuse.c...y-added-topics/
The edit has actually saved (which I thought it would not), but it throws an error when you click to save the edit.

Thanks for reporting Andy, looks like a confirmed bug with the tutorials mod as a result of a IPB v3.1.3 change, see here.
I've patched my file for now and will just upgrade when ever the latest Tutorials app is out.
