unable to post support topic

when trying to submit a support topic, I got the following error:

You don't have permission to access /customers/&act=viewticket&do=newticket on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Updating status to: Awaiting Feedback

Just tried this with Firefox and was unable to reproduce this problem. I would suggest trying again as it could be a temporary issue with the server. If it still doesn't work, you can PM me your support issue until I found out what's wrong.

the thing is: I solved the issue, so I can only post a testing support ticket and see if it'll go through.

BTW: I'm using Chrome 4.1
