Setting a date when the calendar event will show up as a forum topic

I know I already wrote about this in the General forum, but since this is the "official" place to post it, here it goes:

I think it would be quite useful if members had an option to define a date & time when the calendar event (namely, single day event) will show up as a forum topic.

For example, we have a calendar event "Server hosting renewal (expires on 25.3.2010.)" and set a date for it, say, March 15th.

Only on March 15th the topic gets created in a previously defined forum (this option already exists in the 1.0.0. version) and members now have 10 days to collect the funds to pay for the server.

This is very useful for admins and staff as they wouldn't have to worry about posting these threads in time, just put it in the calendar and decide what date they'll popup in the forums and that's it.
