To install first download and extract the file.

In ACP go to Look and Feel, Post Content, Manage Media Tag.

then at bottom of screen in the Import New Media Tags click the Browse Button.

Browse to the extracted file you fownloaded and choose the mediatag.xml file and then click Import.

After imported go to Look and Feel, Template Tools and recache all skins.

To use this tag go to https://archive.org and on any video just copy the url in address bar and paste it in the post you are making.
