jako88 Posted January 16, 2013 Report Share Posted January 16, 2013 Hi I am new to IP Board and I spent the last 3 days searching for a way on how to add the link or button 'Start New Topic' under the forum. Currently, I am running IPb v3.4.x and I looked in the ACP but I couldn't find this feature and also, I checked the permissions. So, do I need a mod for this feature or is it already installed on IPB v3.4.x? Here is a screen shot I took from different site using IPB as well...
