This hook allows you to manually configure the image quality (jpg) and compression levels (png) of your member photos. By default, the JPG quality is set to 75 and the PNG compression level is set to 8. If you're like me, you like being able to fine tune this a bit higher. I keep my JPG quality level in the upper 90's and use a setting of 9 (max) for my PNG compression.

These settings will not have any effect towards the photos already in use. The settings will only apply to the ones uploaded after you install and configure the hook.
