This Custom Block Will allow you to add an ajax-powered add new Record Category menu for the currently viewed database.
Highly useable as a drop-in replacement for the add button in the stock database/articles templates.
All permissions are checked.
If No categories are found, and the user has permission to add, there instead will be a link to the base database add link using the database name.
Credit to Michael McCune's New Topic On Board Index for some basic methodology.
This Block will Function on any Content Page with a Database On it, or within any database template within the same domain.
It Will NOT Function from a different domain, or within a page template or skin templates.
