I have installed this after out forum upgrade to 3.2.3 and it doesn't create the topic. I have un-installed it and re-installed it multiple times. I have messed with all the settings. I have un-installed it and deleted all the files. It STILL doesn't create a topic. I am at a complete loss.

How about when adding a new member through the admin cp? Does the topic create then? You've doubled checked all your auto welcome topic settings?
For future reference, if you wouldn't mind using the existing support topic here. Helps me keep things more organized and easier to link back to previous posts rather then searching this forum.
