Possible to add streaming into the video system for sites ssuch as justin.tv, twitch.tv etc? I would also like a block for ip.content of (preferably online/live) streamers? Able to? Additional cost? Installation available with these modifications?

Not through media urls/tags but you can add what ever embed code the services provide. Although it's recommended you only allow embed code adding to trusted member groups. Only IP.Content block included is for the sidebar block not individual video listings. I'm not able to take on custom requests, so any modifications would need to be done by yourself or another modder.
