I tried with a default skin, making sure there were no edits, and still the error message persisted. I am not sure what is the cause of this.

Just found that the register form has some code at the top and doesn't show the green "Checkbox" that verifies a free username, etc. on the register form.
I tried with a default skin, making sure there were no edits, and still the error message persisted. I am not sure what is the cause of this.
