Default IPB functionality gives members the ability to change their title only when they have reached a specified number of posts
This hook allows groups to change their Member Titles, regardless of the number of posts.
This hook includes a single setting, "Groups", which can be found in the ACP under System -> System Settings -> HeadStand -> [HSC] Change Member Title.
