I am currently running on IPB2.3.6 and I was just wondering if the Donation Tracker is still available for this version of IP Board or if Donation Tracker v2.0.4 is compatible with this version?

The requirements can be found on the product page.
The IPB 2.3.x version is no longer sold and was made end of life in a recent announcement which can be seen here. You will find now that IPB 2.3.x won't be supported much, especially since IPS announced their EOL of it.

My server provider owns the files for the IPB2.3.x compatible Donation Tracker and is willing to give it to me, however, we are unsure if a license is needed?

As it was removed from the products page only a few days ago, I could make an exception here to allow you to purchase but just so you understand this product will be end of life the first day of 2011.

Technical support, installations and related services for our IP.Board 2.3.x modifications will end on the 1st January 2011. IP.Board 2.3.x itself has been EOL with IPS for 6 months now. So continuing support really becomes unsustainable.
Critical security issues will still be fixed but that will just about be it.

Ok should be up again, The IPB 2.3 version has been out for quite a while so I don't imagine any support issues but I do have to make you aware of it.
