That should be PM above.  Added the file edits as instructed.  Here's what's happening.  When the new member joins, they don't get the welcome PM (that's the way it should be).  They do get the welcome PM each time they post while they are in the "Rookie" group.  Another welcome PM is sent when each moderated post is approved.  The welcome PM's do stop once the member moves from the "Rookie" group to the "Members" group.

I have this installed on IPB 3.1.4 and it will send a PM, do a shout and make a new thread if I create the login but will not do it if anyone else creates a new registration. Even after they validate it still does not do it. Using the newest version I assume of this mod in your downloads area.

Is there a setting I am missing?
