Is it at all possible to display the videos like this ? This is a screenshot of the videos module over at VB. I this look much better than the Videos module here or the downloads module over at Ip.Board (i mean the table-row based layout).

I am happy to pay for this look if you can do this for me.

Not in the current version, it still uses the table based basic layout of most mods. I have been trialing out a thumbnail row look that your suggesting with the garage system but the videos system won't receive it until the next version. I've somewhat started in that direction with the global videos hook but not to the extent of that picture. Would that kind of view just be forum the category view or for the main videos system page as well?

Thanks for the reply. Good to know that you have something similar in mind for the next version. For the question you asked, atleast talking from my requirement i would love

the main page -> to show something like the picture. maybe it can show the latest videos, most popular videos and random videos, with categories list in the right hand side block for easy access

for category list -> can be the same as what you have now (i.e the tabular row kind of layout)

once user clicks on a particular category -> it shows the videos like on the main page (i.e like the screenshot)


btw is the next version planned to release sometime soon ?

The Videos System was just upgrade so it won't be in the near term future. There will however be a small bug fixing updating in the coming days that I'll look at expanding on what you suggest. I can't make an guarantees until I take a look into it.
