My site is trying to decide whether or not we would like to invest in this product. I was wondering if your planning on future upgrades and continued support for the video system and if so - what type of things are being considered?

When IPB 3.1 arrives, will this system function with that?

Lastly - We are in an economic crisis - You offer coupons

The Videos System has been recently updated, see here. As it was just upgraded, the next upgrade won't be in the near future but yes I've already got suggestions and ideas for the next version and as long as there is an active subscription, I'll support it. In terms of features for the next version, as a large majority were added in the latest version, I don't have a very long list but one thing that's a priority is the ability to upload your own videos rather then relying on hosted video sites like YouTube.

I can't comment on that until I get a chance to try out IPB3.1. However, I will be providing updates for all the mods to work with IPB3.1. IPS have stated the changes between IPB3.0 and 3.1 shouldn't be too great mod wise. So I'm hoping to have updates out within a few weeks of IPB3.1 final for every mod.

does videos system work on 3.1 or 3.1 beta .. i am interested in purchasing but just want to make sure it is compatible

A majority of the mod works with the exception of the report, profile tab and search plugins. The first 2 will be included when IPB3.1 reaches final, the search plugin still needs a bit more work but might be included by June 1st.
