I read the link is made with insert media" button.
But my question is the following.
Can I choose the thumbnail image put in the topic title?
If is no the answer:
The thumbnail works only with media type or works with an image too?

No the url to the thumbnail can't be added. Thumbnails are only generated with media urls, for example When videos are added using the media url, the thumbnail is downloaded. Only Youtube and Vimeo video thumbnails are supported.

I've need the thumb image could be also defined with upload or by link.
Can you made this?
