I downloaded V1.0.0 and in the support topic, where everyone is having the same problem = "You have no permission to view this", there is no support. Is this new version ONLY for admin meaning, can users not see who +/- rep-ed them?

This mod is not for that. This mod will show a TOP 30 Rep + and Rep -.
