This hook allows admins and supermoderators to change file submitter on file view.

Hello I wanted to know how to do it in the template to say instead that only admins can see option but only groups in the forum?

I would need to change the hook and I'm not intend to do it, since only admins and supermoderators, can make it in Admin CP.
