The Auto Birthday Greeter for IPB3 has undergone a bug fixing round to address the follow bugs. No new features have been added.
Keep up to date with DevFuse mod development and releases.

I'm not quite sure what you mean, your asking is it free to the update? As long as your subscription is active you get any updates made to a paid mod for free.
