i think these problem is difficult then others problem. and i don't know where i post this problem topic because this problem is with an software that work on localhost and give you support MYSQL, APACHE, PHP and all other modules through on you PC.
i have a WAMP server installed since 8 months and its working fine and no problem facing at any time. but recently i visited its site on wampserver.com and found a new version there and i installed that in my XP Mahcine.
but when i try to install IPB 2.3.6 its show me a many errors during installation on top of Header.
and after installation its show me very different error that i not suppose to see like functions aray or IPS driver. because a fresh copy i used for testing perpas .
after installing it show me this errors in cache cgi file.

soo i thought a problem is in New version so i installed another Software that work is same to be WAMP. but its very interesting that both are given same errrors and problem.
