Delete the hook in ACP -> Manage Hooks, and deleted these files:
./admin/applications/members/sources/tabs/stats.php
./admin/applications/members/sources/tabs/stats.conf.php
./admin/applications/members/sources/tabs/stats.php
./admin/applications/members/sources/tabs/stats.conf.php
