I've been using HostGator for a quite a while. I'm not sure what restrictions they have, but you might need a VPS or a Dedi.

+1 I using HostGator and find them very good really they have no restrictions on few plans in terms mysql etc but if move over to resellers account then there few but not many really.. You also might want look at searching in google or yahoo but check all stuff if company says UNLIMITED space etc be warned its not UNLIMITED there going limit might be 1TB or even 180GB etc so be careful

HostGator have a same configuration as my iPower gave :(
hostGator and iPower both are famouse hostings.
but they give Unlimited sql package in $240 per year without hosting charges. i means $240 is just for unlimited SQLs quries + connections and $110 for charges ofe yearly hosting with 50Gb space and with unlimited bandwitdh.

I'm using a virtual server from http://server4you.de and I have never had any problems.
I also think it's very cheap.
