Michael was kind enough to develop a custom mod for my board called "Contacts System". Based off of the "Timeslip System" it was exactly what I was looking for. I run a motorcycle forum with members who actively ride together and it's a dangerous sport, sometimes with accidents. This system allows the members to have access to emergency contact information on other participating members in the rare event of an accident or the more common "the guy just didn't show up and no one has heard from him" scenario. Michael's terms for developing the mod were well laid out and very fair. He gave me a reasonable lead time for completion and ended up finishing well ahead of schedule. Communication, delivery, the whole experience, 10 out of 10.
