The Global Messages modification has just undergone a feature update with many new handy features added.    
    

• Enable message title per message or globally.      
  
• Enable/Disable the global title at any time.      
  
• New multiact for delete, enable and disable to easily manage multiple messages.      
  
• Added 'All Groups' for group permissions.      
  
• Add new skin option so you can also specify which skins each message appears on.
