normally NOT.
you can select if skip the closed and/or  pinned topics

having a problem with the one for 3.1

Have uploaded the file, but it doesnt show in the manage apps menu, so i cant actually install it. Have double checked the location to make sure it was uploaded in the right place and its there, but still the acp doesnt have it in the list

Any help would be appreciated

It doesn't utilize the manage apps menu, only inserts a setting, have you followed the steps from the readme - install file? If so you should be able to find the settings in Admin CP > System Tab > Tools & Settings > System Settings > DevFuse tab > (M31) Delete Old Topics

Right now, here is the default IPB 3.1 pruning behavior:

Unfortunately, you can only do this in one subforum at a time.  I would love to be able to use it across all forums.  But mostly, i need to be able to delete old topics without any replies across all forums.  Your mod appears to work across all forums but does not support the ability to choose target topics by reply count.

I know you are extremely busy and have a lot on your plate.  But if you can get this to support reply counts as part of its criteria, that would be great.

Sorry but you've hit the nail on the head. With little free time available, I have to upgrade the more popular mods first. I'm currently only working on the Donation Tracker.

No problem at all.  Thanks for the info.  I wasn't sure if it would be a small enough project to add this quickly or not.  I think i found an alternative to my needs, though.

Hi,

I hope i am not missing something simple but this does not seem to work for me in 3.1.3. I have the hook enabled, topics set to delete after 90 days without posts, picked a forum that i want to test on and the older topics are still there. Do i need to something else to make this work?

Has the task ran yet? This mod relies on a task to run in the background.

and when i enable it nothing happens
