These changes have been added.
Old: $this->ipsclass->DB->get_affected_rows
New: $this->DB->getAffectedRows
Old: $this->ipsclass->DB->do_replace_into
New: $this->DB->replace
Old: $this->ipsclass->clean_int_array
New: IPSLib::cleanIntArray
Old: $this->ipsclass->DB->get_affected_rows

A lot of the changes are already listed in the documentation bfarber released some time ago for everyone, have you checked it? Helps a lot to understand how things are changed
