The Moderator Action Alert modification has been updated so that it includes support for the topic multi moderation feature of IPB. It also has included a minor bug fix for group name coloring.

The email said there was an attached file, but I didn't get it. Am I missing something?

If you re-download the latest version from your client centre, then you will find a new file called add_to_topic_multi_moderation.html

what exactly does the topic alert do? Does it make a new post with the action made, or does it update the original topic post? I can't see what it does from the topic alert screenshot..

If you come across a topic that needs to be closed for example when you close that topic you can set the mod to email, pm and/or create a new topic saying that topic_name in forum_name has been action (in this case closed). If you need more info or extra screenshots let me know, or possibly a step by step video of one example scenario?

No thank you, you explained it all, I just thought it made a new post within the topic being closed stating it's been closed, reason etc.
